Bruno Le Breton

A sustainable wine

Bruno Le Breton, true to Domaine de la Jasse's philosophy of 'everyday Grand Cru', has the main objective of achieving optimal extraction on healthy and ripe fruit.

Here are the key points of Bruno Le Breton's philosophy:

  • Staying true to the terroir and micro-climate
  • Limited yields of 35/40 hectoliters per hectare
  • Long fermentation of 4 to 5 weeks for red wines
  • Integrated farming respectful of the environment
  • Wine aging in French oak barrels

On the road to a sustainable wine

Since 2013, Bruno Le Breton has decided to set up the conditions to obtain the new certification High Environmental Value.
Domaine de la Jasse is the first of the department of Hérault to have obtained it.

Since July 2015, Domaine de la Jasse has been a forerunner by being the first family-owned estate rated CSR certified according to the ISO 26000 standard.

Corporate Social Responsibility is to confront one's environment and see if one is in symbiosis with it, with its partners, their expectations and their needs, and it is also a question of transparency. Ask the right questions and act accordingly."
