Domaine de la Jasse, is situated some 15 kilometres from Montpellier in the heart of the most dynamic and leading wine area in the Mediterranean part of France. Its name comes from the shelter and shade, known in the local dialect as “Jasse”, provided by the Domaine’s Plane tree. The iconic Plane tree, which is almost hundred-and-ten years old and provided the inspiration for the La Jasse trademark and logo.
Today la Jasse one of the high quality leading wine Domains in this region, were the very talented winemaker Bruno le Breton, works with the best wine innovation and –techniques and won already 12 international GOLD medals with several of his La Jasse wines. 
One of La Jasse’s main secrets is the involvement of Patrick Léon, the former winemaker of a.o. Château Mouton-Rothschild. Patrick Léon’s extraordinary and unique winemaking experience at some of the best PREMIUM wines in the world began with Alexis Lichine (Château Lascombes) followed by approx. 20years Château Mouton Rothschild and other Châteaux and names in that Rothschild group. But also at his own Châteaux Les Trois Croix and international with Robert Mondavi when setting up ‘Opus One’ and ‘Almaviva’ with Concha Y Toro. The list of his creations is long, very impressive and that’s invaluable and a solid guarantee for exceptional high quality wines at La Jasse!!
