La Jasse's wines

Bruno Le Breton and his ambitious team focus primarily on the potential of Cabernet Sauvignon. From the vine to the cellar, each choice is measured according to its social, environmental and economic impact. The house wines produced as 'everyday Grands Crus' are to be shared with friends and family, accompanied by your favorite dishes.

Vieilles Vignes

Vieilles Vignes

IGP Pays d'Oc

The real house wine, the common thread with all our customers, their children and now their grand children. A mature Cabernet, where the freshness of liquorice and eucalyptus combines with the peppery spices of the grape variety and the toasty and vanilla notes of aging in barrels. A powerful but refreshing wine, coming from the bright limestone parcels of the South of France.

Merlot d'Ici et de Là

IGP Pays d'Oc

This Merlot embodies the diversity of our terroirs, between the generous soils of the Languedoc and the heat of the Mediterranean. Each parcel gives us a unique expression of this grape variety, creating a wine that is both profound and accessible.

The perfect wine to accompany comfort food!

Tête de Cuvée de la Jasse

Tête de Cuvée

IGP Pays d'Oc

The vine makes the fruit, the terroir makes the wine: the Tête de Cuvée comes from a selection of our best Cabernet Sauvignon. This selection is refined with each vintage and our patience does the rest. Because it is the secret of great terroirs and great Cabernet, to be able to wait until the last limit to harvest. We thus find a rich Cabernet Sauvignon, intense on black fruit, blackcurrant, spices with vanilla notes.

Réserve d'Excellence de la Jasse

Réserve d'Excellence

IGP Pays d'Oc

We defined with Patrick Léon a style and quality of Cabernet Sauvignon where we find both the black fruit notes of this great variety but also fresh notes of eucalyptus, menthol and empyreumatic touches brought by the barrel; toasted notes and mocha. It is a blending work so that each vintage gets these typical characteristics of the great Cabernet of Napa.

La Quintessence de la Jasse

La Quintessence

IGP Pays d'Oc

The selection from the selection with the guidance from Patrick Léon. La Quintessence is the essence of La Jasse, The eye is charmed, the nose is seduced, the palate is bewitched. A special wine for memorable moments, to keep with patience and to share with passion.

Barrique Blanc

Barrique Blanc

IGP Pays d'Oc

The elegance of Chardonnay, the finesse of the wood and the freshness of the terroirs. These three ingredients make the Baarrique Blanc de la Jasse a journey as complex as refreshing under the southern sun. Our Chardonnays mature at home and at our partners’ in Limoux region, an area where very cold nights preserve the aromas and freshness of the grapes.

Blanc des Trois Grâces

IGP Pays d'Oc

Three divine grape varieties for the benchmark white wine that you should always keep in the fridge: Chardonnay for its charm, Viognier for its beauty and Rolle for its creativity. Rolle joined the blend in 2021 following the devastating spring frost. The addition of the Rolle makes for the perfect harmony in this ménage à trois!
The essential dry white, with its freshness and aromatic fruit, to be enjoyed from aperitif to cheese.

Mosson Valley River

IGP Pays d'Oc

It is rare to taste a Chardonnay aged in new barrels exclusively. The Mosson Valley River from la Jasse is one of them: we appreciate the power and freshness of new barrels. Some of our customers have told us that this wine reminded them of the Californian Chardonnay from Napa Valley ; rich and fresh, enhanced by the the sweetness of the wood.

Mosson Valley River refers to the Mosson River, which flows near Domaine de la Jasse. North of Montpellier, between the "Pic Saint-Loup" and the "Terasses du Larzac"

Une Belle Histoire de la Jasse

Une Belle Histoire

IGP Pays d'Oc

Small bubbles are felt in the first mouth. Very fresh, the aromatic palette drifts between floral notes and aromas of apricot, grapefruit and pear. This cuvée without worry or pretension is to be savored with loved ones and the simple dishes that give the most pleasure!

Rosé du Cœur de Cuvée

IGP Pays d'Oc

The secret of champagne comes from its pressing: we gently squeeze the red grapes with white pulp without extracting the red color contained in the skins. We follow the same philosophy by extracting the cœur de cuvée: the one that is the most balanced between its natural freshness and its very delicate fruit.
